New To You Thrift Shop

The New to You shop is a thrift shop run by 3 employees and volunteers from the Junior League of Alexandria. The shop has been in business since 1946 and continues to be an asset to both the community and the League.
The proceeds from the New to You shop are used to help the community, through our community projects and programs. The purpose of New to You is not only to raise money for our community but also to provide slightly worn or used clothing and household items to the community of Alexandria at an affordable price. Our employees and volunteers strive to provide personalized service to our valued customers.

The New to You Shop is located at 2109 Lee Street, Alexandria, and is owned by the Junior League of Alexandria. Our hours are 9:00 am-4:00 pm Tuesday-Friday and 9:30 am-3:00 pm Saturday. The New to You Shop gladly accepts and appreciates donations of clothing and household items, including furniture, which can be dropped off on M-F from 9:00 am – 12 noon and from 1:00 pm – 3:30 pm and on Saturdays from 9:30 am – 12 noon and from 1:00 pm – 2:30 pm.
